Given many interactions between patients and doctors tend to be short; you want to get the most out of them.
2. Try and be as relaxed as possible – No doubt many folks do not look forward to a doctor visit for a various reasons. With that in mind, try your best to be relaxed. That is from when you walk in the door of the office to being in the medical exam chair and so on.
