WORTH CONSUMING!
I really enjoyed this book. I would like to buy it when I can. It was very easy to read. SOOOO much information. I like every book I read of Sylvia but this book was exceptionaly good. I was waiting for her to come out with a book like this and I am so greatfull she did just that. : )
