A story about "lasagna inspired casserole" — 2 years ago
WORTH CONSUMING!
i took elbow macaroni, sundried tomato pesto, fake italian sausage, soy cheese and mushrooms, i mixed them all together in a baking dish with a nice layer of cheese on top, then i put it in the oven and baked @ 325 for 15 minutes.
during the mixing process i had to add a little extra maranara sauce cuz the pesto was to thick.
it turned out yummy. i ate it again this morning for breakfast.
