    NOT WORTH CONSUMING

The texture was all strange and the chicken a bit too spicy. My dad and mom loved them and so of course gave me hell when I said I didn’t. It wasn’t completely horrible, and it was filling, but I do believe I’ll stick with my favorites, the chicken strips from now on.

    WORTH CONSUMING!

…but I really liked this movie! It was cute, not as good as the original, but fun to watch and fun to listen to, with a soundtrack that equals the first one’s in an updated sort of way.

In this version, we see Jackie Dorsey, the daughter of Doug and Kate, trying to find her own way in the Olympic world. With a roller blading partner who can’t seem to figure out what he wants in life, she finds herself on the same track her parents were on years ago.

Personally, I really liked the casting for Doug and Kate. Granted, it wasn’t the original actors, Moira Kelly and DB Sweeny, but the similarities were good, and I could buy that they’d just aged. It was a cute love story, lots of foreplay wink with the dramatic ending, but it made me grin.

It did use a few too many plot twists from the first one and it seemed to drag on a bit, but overall, I liked this movie…if you’re expecting the quality of the Cutting Edge, it might not be for you…but if you’ve ever held a curiosity as to what the next chapter of the story held, give it a try!

    WTF? — 6 years ago

Okay, so I don’t really know what made me rent this movie except that it was recommended by NetFlix when I rented Wolf Creek. This movie was more funny than it was scary, due to really bad acting and a really mediocre and cliched plot. I did kind of like the little “twist” (if that’s what you want to call it) at the end…but overall, its really not something I’m ever going to watch again…

    WORTH CONSUMING!

A friend of mine got me interested in Tori Amos about a year and a half ago, and this one is by far my favorite of all her albums! It so good! It gets me revved up for work every morning…strangely enough, its one of the least favorites of the girl who got me into it…
