Great book, especially the first few chapters. The later ones are an odd form: metacommentary synthesizing previous events, and I’m not sure the thesis is quite right.
Excellent. Fallows provides insight and detail while convincing you of the media’s failings.
Insightful, if a little overlong. Also suffers from ignoring political bias, which might lead to more on other, perhaps less institutional problems, like following scripts.
