    WORTH CONSUMING!

    She kissed Gordo!

    : )

    I’ve always loved Hilary Duff.

She’s probably one of the best roll models that anybody could have, boy or girl, young or old.

    I was kind of upset.

Expected a real humdinger from Pacino, but ended up with yellow squash.

    Oh well…

Hard to take at first. — 1 year ago

    WORTH CONSUMING!

About twenty or thirty minutes into the movie, I almost had to shut it off.
I didn’t think that I could handle it.
Too many bad memories started to surface that took me so long to nearly forget.

But I am glad that I finished it.
And it made me glad that I am clean.

At the end, when Mariane was clutching the bag as if it were her long lost love, her only friend, her only hope for tomorrow… that was me one too many times.
It almost made me cry to think of how much I was like each characters in so many similar and different ways.

On a certain level that I might’ve created on my own during my downward spiral, the movie made me miss a few things.
Another reason why I almost had to stop watching it.

Having the only shoulder you feel comfortable enough to cry your heart out on call you a crackwhore is a rude fucking awakening.
I don’t know why the movie made me miss that.

I know that I won’t be watching it again because I don’t want any kind of influences like those.

I still liked it a lot though, regardless.

Two and a half months clean and counting…

talk about the long hard road out of hell.
I’m still in hell, but it’s more like limbo.

    I guess.

This is a subject that I could spend forever talking about and sharing.
    It helps.

    wth.

My ass after I’ve eaten a humongous bean feast could put on a better performance than Lindsay Lohan.

This shit better be worth my time.

    Come on, Fonda.

    WORTH CONSUMING!

I always thought, from the time I first saw her in The Godfather when I was really young, that Diane Keaton is the most powerful woman in the world.

She has this… enormous energy that she brings forth in all of her characters, and Because I Said So was another outstanding performance.

    bravo, bravo!

    I loved the movie!

    The only question I have…
I guess it has to do with…
    relationships within families…

    ?

(spoiler alert if you haven’t seen it yet, don’t read on lol)

The mom ends up marrying her daughter’s boyfriend’s father in the end.

    So…

    yeah.

Aside from that, I really want to buy this movie and at it to my Keaton Kollection!

    lol

I don’t have one in real life.
But in my mind I do!

    : )

I love how she had the warm family tones, just like she did in The Family Stone, and in Father of the Bride (I and II) even though they were a little more subtle then.

I’m going to watch it again.
    lol

    Alright. — 1 year ago

    It was okay.

It made me laugh a little… but I wouldn’t go as far to say that it was “cheesy”.
    Just slow.

I do love Hugh though, and never thought that he would team up with Drew.

    Hmm…

I think it’s time to have my bi-annual watch of “About A Boy”.

    : )
