Another good Pixar Movie — 18 weeks agoThese guys don’t seem to be showing signs of slowing. I did get a little annoyed that the majority of the dialog was just Eve and Wall-E saying each other’s names. But it was certainly well worth seeing.
Uneven but Good — 20 weeks agoThis book was a little uneven at time, especially in the second half, but overall I enjoyed it.
Some Laughs, Some Not — 20 weeks agoThis movie had some very funny moments, but there were lots of moments that were just too crud and not at all funny, too.
So Funny — 21 weeks agoI can’t believe I had missed this show before. The guest stars may not be famous today, but it really doesn’t matter.
Gripping — 20 weeks agoThis book starts well and only gets stronger. I couldn’t put it down by the end.
Good Film — 22 weeks agoI haven’t seen the one from a few years back (yet), but I really enjoyed this one. It started rather slowly, but by the end I was gripped by the emotional journey the characters were on. In fact, I liked it better than Iron Man.
About as fun as watching grass grow — 22 weeks agoI thought this debut sounded promising, but I was wrong. The plot was slow and only became interesting in the final third or so. The main characters had some life to them, but the suspects were all flat, which also made it hard to care about the outcome.
More Shorts! — 22 weeks agoThis is another collection of shorts from Mickey’s early years. The older ones aren’t quite as good, but as the storytelling develops, they get much better.
A Treat — 22 weeks agoThis movie is funny and endearing at the same time. I guess Dreamworks does have a few good animated movies in them afterall.
More Fun — 22 weeks agoPolly funds murder when she joins a local production of Mame. Another fun romp through the outskirts of Hollyweird.
More Monk! — 22 weeks agoA slow start to an otherwise outstanding entry in the novel series. Monk stalks Dr. Kroger to Germany and finds a man with six fingers.
Avoid! — 24 weeks agoThis comedy wasn’t funny in the slightest. Instead, I cringed my way through. Frankly, I’m sorry I wasted my time watching it.
