Ryan McFarland says last night i had two Guinness with dinner. I remember my first pint of Guinness. It was just a few days before St. Patrick’s Day and i was in Seattle having dinner at T.S. McHughs – i disliked beer at the time. Ever since that day Guinness has normally been my first choice in beer. (Except very hot days on the beach or when the Guinness runs out.)

Ryan McFarland says the Rooney’s Choice salad at Northern Lights Restaurant is based on iceberg lettuce, has cucumber, egg, a chopped up chicken strip, and bacon. It usually comes with tomato also but i decline them. I get ranch dressing on the side and apply the dressing and a hearty dose of pepper while eating.
