A story about "Sunshine Cleaning" — 2 years ago
Wonderful, quirky little movie about family. See it.

Pretty basic. Most of this information will not be news to concerned citizens; but the film is a good overview and the message is no less frightening – regardless of how many times you hear it.
There is no way to quantify how enjoyable an experience it is to read this book.
The section about male humans and Led Zeppelin is freaking brilliant.
An amazing smart, funny, cerebral, heartbreaking book. I had to go buy my own copy because I was dog-earing so many pages with great lines.
I mean come on any book incorporating:
dogs
Doppler effect
Patagonia (Argentina)
cultish meteorologists
and a heartbreaking love story
Yeah. I loved it.
I liked the bird book “My Big Year” slightly better – it was a wackier world and a great window on a relentless pursuit of the “life list”. The writing seemed more forced in this compilation of the author’s 14’er attempts. Good for anyone interested in mountaineering; otherwise hearing about how hard it is to walk at altitude and how many storms climbers encounter on the 54 peaks could get kind of boring….liked the CO history and the characters encountered along the way.
Bad dialogue, Jennifer Anniston, and a self-indulgent horribly long and drawn out ending. Not even Owen Wilson could redeem this…
Hilarious…up there with Sideways! The story is even more fascinating for being based on the true facts. How many people know the story of California wine going head to head with the French? See it!
Tried. Unfortunately in the ten minutes before I fall asleep at night I just can’t make the effort to meet the author halfway. Maybe if I were stuck on a desert island…
Average documentary about an extraordinary visionary. The beginning and shots of Earthships in Taos, are spectacular. Reynolds is fascinating, even though the film seems to just stop a bit abruptly (seemingly like the filmmaker ran out of money without having time to sum things up.) Worth seeing if you’re into learning more about earthships.
