Ringu 2, however, was awful.

It is both interesting and entertaining. The only way I can see someone not liking it is: they don’t care about the subject or it is written at a level above their understanding. I could be wrong.

Lived in a dream world, created people and dramas for my own entertainment and the entertainment of my friends.

But reality always comes crashing down on one, and thank God I grew out of those fantasies. I wonder though, did Billy ever learn his lesson, really?

This is truly a gem of a film. One of those great British films of the early ‘60s. Priceless.

I disagree with 50% of it or more. It’s worth a read, because it’s always a good idea to get other opinions. If I just read stuff I agreed with, I’d become deluded over time. Good to have a counter balance.

And there is an adorable little girl, Xiao Fu. Many lovely songs…of course China has changed since this film was made, but this is a cultural treasure for little ones.

A review of "Charles Dickens' Ghost Stories" (rated 3 stars)

Charles Dickens' Ghost Stories

The animation isn’t so great…no big deal to me. I prefer a good story. It’s quaint. I appreciate an animation of a classic tale, should be done more often.

The stories were creepy enough for my little girl, so thumbs up on that. The backgrounds were pretty spooky. Made us want to read the originals.
