I must say this was really an enjoyable movie. This would have to go with being one of my favorite movies. I could watch this over and over again. Though there are many movies like this one (I think the first one started with “Lean On Me”) this one is a bit different. Its based on a true story. Though I wish they would have told what some of the students are doing now. That would have been interesting to know.

Although this was one of Halle’s least likeable movies, I do commend her on trying. I still enjoyed the movie, though I never really liked Bruce Willis, he played his part well enough. I just hope Halle finds a better movie.

Now for me, I don’t think the movie would have been half bad if they would have picked that tall girl that was her friend instead of that short girl. She acted nothing like Laurie in the movie. Also, in the original Halloween movies, Laurie’s hair was SHORT and she DID NOT wear glasses. The girls’ acting was amateur at best.
The moral of this is: Never do a remake. 99% of the time, they suck.
