All hail Xena Warrior Princess!!
This was just okay for me. The smell is AMAZING, but as far as its claims of “massive moisture”, I’m not so sure. If you coupled it with a conditioner it’s just fine, but used alone I found it left my hair a bit dryish.
I randomly saw this at the supermarket and picked it up mostly because I’m a fan of peel-off masques and it’s not tested on animals. I have to say that I’m not at all disappointed. My skin feels tight and clean and considerably less oily than it usually is.
The gel is easy to apply and even easier to take off, and after you’re done you can just give your face a quick rinse with warm water. The only complaint I’d have about it is its somewhat strong chemical-ish smell when you’re applying it (something like nail varnish remover) which can be a little irritating. The smell only lasts for a few seconds though and quickly dissipates, after which it actually has quite a pleasant smell.
This turned out so good!! I added about a teaspoon of curry powder and 2 extra jalapeño chilies for a bit of a more savory / spicy flavor, about half a cup of tofu cubes and a bit of chopped up mint leaves thrown into the mix. I also made a glazed grilled chicken which was an awesome addition to the couscous. This is really really easy to make, healthy, and yummy!!
One of my all time favorite books, I’ve read it at least 3 times :)
mmmmmm…. Blueberry cheesecake.. Life just had no meaning before it came along :D
I’m going to make this sometime this week.. I shall update on how it turns out! :D
INGREDIENTS
Prepare couscous according to package directions. Fluff with a fork and set aside.
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large sauté pan over high heat. Add garlic, mango and jalapeño. Sauté until mango begins to color, about 1 minute.
Stir in remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil, couscous, raisins, tomato, lime juice, cilantro and parsley and toss to heat through, about 1 minute. Season with salt. Serve hot or at room temperature.
I love the Dove Advanced Care line.. My hair went completely dry after a very very bad coloring experiment, and this was just the thing for it. Had my hair back to normal in about a month.
It has a few user-friendliness kinks that could use improving, but all in all, a functional and value for money phone. Do not get this if you intend taking alot of photos with your phone or if you like all those ‘additional features’ that more expensive phone have that you never really use, this is not for you. I’ve heard people whine about the L6 saying it’s too basic, but IMO it’s stylish, practical, light-weight and most importantly, lets me take calls and text which is really all I want in a phone (The USB connection is pretty spiffy too :D ). If I want to take photos or listen to music, I’d get a camera and an ipod, so should you..
It’s well worth to get one of these. The scents are amazing on their own or mixed together to create something totally new (albeit not always very nice :p ) .. If you’re like me and hate sticking to one kind of smell every day, then this will be perfect! My favorites are aztique, amorito, chymara, velique and zinzibar.
