Why I recommend "Grey's Anatomy - Season One" — 2 years ago
Im afraid people will not watch this show because they feel they dont need another hospital drama… and partially they are right. there are too many hospital dramas on tv. but Greys Anatomy is different. This show has so much strength in their characters, that its so easy to become attached to them. You find yourself congratulating them on their triumphs, and crying on their shoulders on their downfalls. They might as well be real people! and if you think that’s bad… just wait till you meet the daily hospital patients! i remember one episode, that wasn’t in season one, but rather early in season 2, and i found myself crying for this person i had only met in this one episode.
If you watch this show for any reason, watch it for the outstanding character development and superb acting. The acting between Sandra Oh and Isaiah Washington alone is worth watching the show.
I also fear some people wont watch the show because they hear “Meredith complains too much”. Yes. She does. But doesn’t your older sister? or your best friend? i’m close to several people who are analytical freaks, and complain about everything. You’re sister may complain too much, but you still love her in the end right? same goes with Meredith.
In the end, you find it hard to keep this show out of your mind. its just that addictive. why aren’t they real people again? i cant understand that.
