This film is incredible – beautiful, well-written, and very affecting. The entire cinema was still at the end and reeling from the conclusion. Great acting from all the cast. The best new film I have seen this year.

this is an amazing film.

i’m not normally this compelled to comment on a film on here, but i’ve just finished watching pan’s labyrinth and i’m completely overcome with emotion. i don’t want to say too much for fear that any preconceptions about the film would ruin it for someone else, only that it was a lot darker than i thought it would be. for those who have seen the film, i think my misconception will really explain why i’m in so much shock now.
