Great for beginners! — 1 year ago

WORTH CONSUMING!

I own a multitude of yoga books. Each of them have attracted me because they were supposedly exhaustive or because they were written by some recognizably famous yoga guru.

Each of those flashy yoga encyclopedias has let me down, overwhelmed me, turned me off and left me so intimidated that I STILL did not know where to begin with yoga.

This little book, Yoga Bliss, is perfect for beginners or those who are traveling and just want to have the basics at hand to practice with.

The book has handsomely drawn, easy-to-understand figures of each pose, gives you simple to follow descriptions and tips and also offers three ready-made routines to choose from.

Once you crack the binding, the book will lay flat so that you can glance at it for reference while doing the routines.

I highly recommend this book, especially if you have always wanted to try yoga but couldn’t wrap your head around, equipment, schools of yoga and foreign mantras.

This book is no-nonsense and fun! Check it out!

A story about "Apples" — 2 years ago

WORTH CONSUMING!

I am totally allergic to apples. :( (And most other tree fruits too.)

Probably because I used to eat about 4-a-day when I was a kid.

I don’t care if I suffer, every once in a while I just HAVE to eat one!

WORTH CONSUMING!

I like a green salad with romaine, arugula, baby spinach, cucumbers, walnuts or almonds, raisins, cheese cubes, bean sprouts, grated parmesan and tomato. Then you just throw on some vinegar and herbed oil and you’re read to go!

A story about the last time I consumed "Manic Panic After Midnight Blue" — 2 years ago

It was ages ago, when I was an undergrad. Once it faded out I went back to my regular Gothy dark burgundy.

Why I recommend "Asti Spumante" — 2 years ago

This is the only book you’ll ever need for developing a wider spiritual outlook on life and understanding how you control your own reality.
