Not exactly great literature, but a fun, light novel. Seems perfectly written for a movie adaptation - a bunch of impossibly glamourous, impossibly bitchy women stalking about in Manolos and never actually doing real work. Tuck it in your beach bag on vacation - it’s a quick read.

Rita Mae doesn’t have her usual light touch when it comes to historical fiction. Dolley’s voice sounded so anachronistic, it just wasn’t an enjoyable read. Gave up about halfway through, I have far too much stuff on my list to keep slogging through this.

Made a nice Greek feast today, with the help of this book, for the spring equinox. Yum!
