an easy way to mix in nutrition into any dish…rice, casseroles, enchiladas, stir fry. it hides well if diced small!

I liked this book because it follows several generations, you get to see characters grow up and create babies and see the way they were raised effecting the way they raise their kids.
But I couldn’t really enjoy this book because it was too nasty. There was way too much graphic sex in this book.
