A story about the last time I consumed "Dosa" — 3 years ago
Almost 2 years ago I traveled to Hyderabad, Arusha in South India. My friend Paramesh introduced me to the dosa with coconut chutney and it instantly became one of my favorite foods-ever!
I have yet to find a dosa that compares here in the US, however Paramesh is going to try and make me one in the near future to at least try.
I like it because its not a pancake and its not a crepe, its something in between. I do like the ones that are steamed instead of fried, but if the chutney is good, either will do.
