I read this in high school. It was great. My co-worker is reading this for the first time and really likes it. I’ll poaching it off him as soon as he’s done. I suddenly have the urge to read it again.

I heard about it when it came out and since I read Snowcrash I was interested in reading it. I never got around to it. I got it from my co-worker the other day. It took him two tries to get through it. He loaned it to another co-worker who only got halfway before surrendering under it’s mighty weight. Now it has passed to me…

This was on this weekend. And I laughed and laughed.

The first time my brother and I saw this we laughed ourselves crazy. “You’ll shoot your eye out.” “Fuuuuddggee, but I didn’t say fudge…” Sweet hilarity!

Well not forever really. I will finish it in due time. This shouldn’t be rushed. It requires slow consumption. An exploration of it’s exquisite flavours and textures. Mmmm sometimes smooth, sometimes rough but still it has a unique flavour. Just as you think you’ve figured it out…suddenly, something new. It takes a lot of practice and commitment to become a true connoisseur.
