I originally saw the Discovery Channel version of this, but since I saw the BBC version in Target (and didn’t mind the subtle differences) I snatched it up. Its a very nice documentary to watch after a long day and you’ve got nothing going on, or to eat dinner and watch. Simply amazing cinematography too.

I think that this is the first real album of 2006 that I’m really excited about, granted I’ve had the leaked version for a while now, but I always knew it was going to be bought, and that’s what I’m doing once it comes out. Just a really great album from start to finish. Now all we need is that new Radiohead album and we’re good.

I have of course become a fan of Neil Gaiman’s work, mainly because his characters are quite human and real, and he comes up with interesting stories. American Gods really got me and I liked it a lot, so when there was a “sequel” to it, I knew I had to pick it up. Started this some time ago, let it sit around, then picked it up again and finished it, was worth it.
