I quite like Sayers, but I wouldn’t say this was one of her better ones. I’m not sure why it’s on that 1001 list…perhaps someone had worked in the advertising industry?

I actually only read Volumes I-III. I think I’ll leave IV and V for now… Um. Intertesting from a historical economics perspective perhaps, but yes: Really Boring.

Quite relevant to my dayjob, rather good (both enjoyable and useful/insightful), but rather dense. Is taking me ages to get through, but is happily in discrete, quite self-contained chapters.
