I watched this film a while ago, and I can’t quite understand why I’m watching it again. I remember this film being bloody awful…Good thing I quite fancy Ant and Dec eh :)

I appear to be the only person that found this movie to be quite good. I’m assuming this is due to me never seeing the original, and Tim Robbins being one of my favourite actors, and Dakota Fanning just being…well, Dakota Fanning.

I’m not a fan of Tom Cruise, and his one style of acting that is portrayed in every single film he’s ever made (Saying that, Minority Report is a great film…) but again, I enjoyed the other actors in this film, it ‘almost’ blocks him out.

I’d recommend this to anyone who has a few hours to kill, loves their sci-fi films and isn’t going to be too pissed off if they feel like they’ve ‘wasted time’ watching it.

Gene Wilder is a bloody comical genius. Great film, bought it on DVD as soon as it had finished.
