A story about "Sophie's World: A Novel About the History of Philosophy" — 1 year ago

NOT WORTH CONSUMING

Read this for philosophy class and I found our text book more interesting. This book is a stringing together of philpsophical facts through a sorry excuse for a “plot”.

NOT WORTH CONSUMING

Dumbest movie I have ever wasted my time watching. I understand how you guys think it’s funny. It’s just too dumb to be funny. Also pretty racist with the German’s and their culture. There is more to Germany then beer-addicted Germans and dumb blonds that serve beer. Believe me I live there.

NOT WORTH CONSUMING

Disappointed in you Mr. Patterson, I love your books but this one was a real let down. Read like a cheesy “action” sitcom complete with the “comic relief” played by the aussie friend, that was anything but comical, but more annoying. It’s a bad sign when it gets to the point where you don’t care how the story ends, just that it ends.

A story about "The Holiday" — 1 year ago

I liked this movie even though I didn’t understand all of it since I saw it in German, which it is called “Liebe braucht keine ferien” (Love needs no holiday). I’ll eventually see it in english so I can understand everything but my friends and I go to see german movies to practise our comprehenion.

A story about "The Passion of the Christ (Widescreen Edition)" — 1 year ago

WORTH CONSUMING!

The movie has such violent scenes because I believe that someone (Mel Gibson) finally had the balls to portray the real suffering of Christ. I think its a good way to wake up Christians and show them what was done for them so we can truly appriciate the gift we were given. Yes it is not a good movie to show children of course (as I believe the rating reflexs- its rated R hello!) The Passion is the suffering of Jesus Christ, so don’t be surprised that you saw suffering.
