NOT WORTH CONSUMING

This is one of the worst films I have ever seen. I can’t say any more than that, because I like nearly all the films I watch and can’t put in words how much this film is just plain wrong!

NOT WORTH CONSUMING

I love joanne harris books, ‘blackberry wine’ is one of my favourite books of all time, but this one in my opinion was not up to her normal standard. It failed to capture my imagination but it mainly showed religion as a fickle thing that only exsists for the weak which didn’t sit well with me.

quite awful and cheesy- but that’s its appeal, I can’t help but liking it for all its bad acting and horrible storyline!

Why I recommend "Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind (Widescreen Edition)" — 2 years ago

WORTH CONSUMING!

It is in my top three all time favourite films, it never fails no matter how many times I watch it, to entertain me and more importantly comfort me.

WORTH CONSUMING!

I am re-reading the harry potter books again, each christmas it is becoming a must that they are re-read, they have become an integral of my christmas festivities!

Why I recommend "Stories We Could Tell" — 3 years ago

WORTH CONSUMING!

If you like high fidelity by nick hornby you would probably like this. Its about 3 boys turning into men through their love of music (ish) and how the music and the music scene effects them.

A story about "Makai (Bluestreak)" — 3 years ago

I had read this for a uni module about three years ago but I could not for the life of me remember anything about it.
So I decided to read it again, which I did and it was ok.
I could see why I had forgotten what it was about, because it doesn’t say much of anything although it was sweet in some places. Except for (and this is why I had to read it for my module) the experiences of a chinese family and their traditions, living in hawaii over a period of time, including WW2.

A review of "The Catcher in the Rye" — 3 years ago

NOT WORTH CONSUMING

I should have read this book when I was younger, the angst and cynicism although I recall and slightly related to, the majority of it was lost on me, and found it quite annoying. Although I did like one section of the novel saying that life was a game but only fun if you were on the winning side “but if you get on the other side, where there aren’t any hot-shots, then what’s a game about? Nothing. No game”
