there’s nothing supernatural in this book like there is in her others. it’s about a high school tennis star and her family who have to go into the witness protection program. it’s pretty suspensful. if i remeber correctly abc family based a movie on it a few years ago.
one of my favorite Duncan books. about a witch who poses as an orphaned cousin and tries to destroy a family. very good
this is one of LD’s earlier books i think. i dont remember much of what happened, i’ll have to re-read, because i did like it the first time.
kinda boring, not at all like her other books. she was my favorite author in middle school and my early years of high school, but i did not like this book. all her other one’s a fabulous though.
i loved this book when i was in middle school, i’d read it over and over and over. and i actually left in the bus after our 8th grade field trip to washington, but luckaly one of my friends recued it for me! haven’t read it in a while though.
this book is so cool, there’s pop ups everywhere!
a late edition to the weetzie bat series. weetezie turns 40 and has a midlife crisis that takes her to the pink hotel where she meets a bunch of interesting characters. better than the original i think.
reads like a frickin lifetime movie, but as a book, it wasn’t bad.
a great movie, would have been better without the musical numbers though.
