this book isn’t the best to read if you’re just starting out on FLB. first of all, it’s a sequel to Weetzie Bat, and second, it’s one of her earlier novels. She definatley has better books, and i recommend you check those out before reading this one. that being said, as a FLB fan, i enjoyed it.

i found a review on weetzie bat in a magazine i was reading and happened to run across it at the library. i absolutly loved it and since reading it, have read everything else Francesca Lia Block has ever written. She’s become my favorite author and i’m looking forward to her forthcoming books! i just cant get enough!
