And Jack Black is hysterical. But since I positively adore the book, the film couldn&amp;#8217;t quite compare. I think the change of settings (London, 1995 to Chicago, 2000) kind of ruined the atmosphere. John Cusack is kind of sweet and endearing in this, though.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

I don&amp;#8217;t know, maybe it&amp;#8217;s just because I saw the show first and it&amp;#8217;s more modern and the boys are cuter. The show and the movie have a similar feel though, with the handheld videotaping, the choppy scenes, and the soundtrack by the same band, Explosions in the Sky. Good movie, &lt;span class="caps"&gt;WAY&lt;/span&gt; better than the book.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
