Get the good stuff… fresh mozarella (the kind they package in liquid) is far better than the low-moisture cheese they sell in five-pound bricks at the grocery store. Slice it up with roma tomatoes, drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the top, and dust it with a touch of oregano. Yum!
