A story about "Don't Panic: The Official Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy Companion" — 6 years ago
Wonderfully written, as all Gaiman’s works are, and a must read for any Hitchhiker’s fans.

NOT an Oprah person, but it’s Steinbeck and the Oprah edition was the prettiest (and 20% off at B&N)
Well, it was $5 in the bargain section of B&N and I do like King, though I haven’t read much of his stuff recently.
The story is fascinating, but difficult to read because it’s disturbing, and tends towards disjointed. Definitely worth reading, though.
Very very interesting.
Well, when “Blackout 2003” first started, I didn’t want to continue reading about genocide (We Wish to Inform You…), but Douglas Adams seemed to do the trick.
Turns out we couldn’t get the author to come to the school, so instead the freshmen have to have discussion groups about this book. It’s not as cool as meeting the author, but it’s still an excellent book.
Beautifully crafted and very moving, as Atwood is wont to be. It felt wrong reading this on sunny days, though.
I’ve heard varying opinions of this one. I suppose I’ll find out soon enough…
