easily one of the worst movies i have ever seen. couldn’t finish.

i’ve been reading the series through for several years. currently on hiatus from this one. lack of both time and interest. will start up again sometime in the future.

I used to really love this—tried to read it today and couldn’t stand it. Changing tastes and standards, I suppose.

Makes my laundry smell SOOO good—like incense.

These were great when they still hand-dipped them. Those ones that come in the prepackaging just aren’t worth it.

The new scenes are definitely a treat to have—I had no idea the scene of Soda and Pony in bed had ever been filmed, so that was a real pleasure to see. But Coppola ruined the film, in my opinion, by replacing the score with random music. He didn’t want the music to “comment on the scene,” so he replaced it with music that the boys, “would have listened to.” Major, and unaccountably noob error to make.

These are sooo tasty. Kind of a wasabi/soy sauce taste going on. And they’re made of rice, which gives them a pleasant texture and subtly sweet flavor. Kind of spicy. My tongue starts to cramp up if I eat too many. :)

They make your breath smell utterly rank, though, so don’t plan on going anywhere or doing anything interesting for a while..
