This book was amazing. you can tell penn jillette is the kind of guy who has the philosphy that embarrassment is a joke, that you should always keep it real, that you can wash away the facade of society and get down to what is really going on and still be comfortable living in the illusion of the world.
its funny, because i didnt really think of this book as a story. i thought of it as a philosophy. as clear-cutting through all the bullshit.
thats pretty much what penn jillette is all about.

this book just sucked. it tried to kind of create it’s own language, and the plot was far-fetched, even for me,a nd the flow was really choppy, and it was all in all really really shitty.
i kinda blew through the ending just to get done with it. i hate being disappointed.

as much as i usually hate mogwai, this album really fit my mood today. not the kind of thing i would throw on to “rock out to”, but, thats not mogwai’s motif anyways.

kind of jesusy, but in a reflective “i used to be jesusy” way, not so much a preachy way, and also, they do a cover of “handle me with care” by the travelling wilburys, so….
its prettymuch like rilo kiley without the kiley. hahaha.

ok so i consumed this when it first came out, but i recently brought it back into rotation because its really really awesome.
in that kitschy hairband way.

this was balls out nuts hilarious.

while this game was really really easy (all you have to do is go to texas hold em and have an ounce of intelligence), i still had fun with it, and once you amass a lot of money, you can just blow it on stupid crap like keno.

the only sucky thing is that its NOT random, you can tell, and there needs to be a mode that actually IS random.

its a great way to learn how to play craps, though.

this album isnt very good. kind of annoying. not really my thing. and past liars albums haven’t really “been my thing” but i guess i could tolerate them. this one, i dont really ever intend to listen to again.
