NOT WORTH CONSUMING

I bought this because I’d read good things about it. It started out promisingly, but things fell apart halfway through. I agree that this is a very predictable read, and a little too long-winded at times. Best for people who have plenty of patience when it comes to reading.

A wonderful book with Dickensian overtones. Read this one.

WORTH CONSUMING!

This started out being extremely good, but things got a little draggy in the middle, so I flipped through to the end. If you’re very patient and love a meandering read, pick this one up. It’s not really for me.

Corrinne May rocks. What more can I say?

A welcome departure from the experimental Resonate. This album is more worship-ey, so those who prefer not to praise by headbanging will like this one.

Not everyone will like the synthesiser-heavy arrangements of these songs, but just listen to them for their own sake and let the music speak to your heart.

NOT WORTH CONSUMING

So clunky, I gave up after Chapter 13, and flipped quickly through the rest of the book to see what the ending was. Some people have given this book a fabulous review, but I really don’t see what all the fuss is about.

NOT WORTH CONSUMING

Whoever said Dan Brown’s a good writer really hasn’t been exposed to literature. Yes, his books are fast paced easy reads. But clever? I don’t think so. There was nothing clever about this book, and there definitely was nothing clever about the Da Vinci Code. It got so famous because of its scandalous claims, not because its author is a genius. If you want GOOD thrillers, read David Baldacci.

Strangely, after watching this, I craved McDonald’s. Fast Food Nation had the opposite effect on me, though.

Five books and counting. When is she ever going to wind up this series?!
