A great drama with whimsical moments at times, and deeply profound moments at others.

All-in-All, it’s a great exploration of late 60’s and early 70’s social mores. Nudism, Free Love, and Peace, are a few of the issues explored from a mostly hippy-like perspective.

Nude Yoga and Tai Chi Exercise

Very natural and unrestrictive ways to do yoga and tai chi.

The narration is very good and focuses soley on the techniques without any sexual innuendos.

It’s a very good exercise program dealing with doing yoga and tai chi in the nude.

It’s good for those who want a quality workout tape or DVD, or if you just enjoy the grace and aesthetic beauty of women exercising in the nude.
