Why I gave up consuming "Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds" — 3 years ago
we got ants in our dorm room, and the box of honey bunches of oats was the first thing they went for. damn. i miss my honey bunches of oats, but i’m too cheap to buy more.

i used to eat regular shrimp ramen (i don’t eat chicken or beef or pork, just seafood) and it was mediocre…but then my best friend’s little sister convinced me to put ketchup on it. sooooooooooooooooo good! seriously. it sounds disgusting, and it’s no doubt super unhealthy (sodium overload) but it’s delicious. you cook the noodles like normal, then drain the water, then stir in the shrimp seasoning, then put the ketchup on. it was a life-changing experience. i don’t know how i survived before.
at least you tried…but hopefully you read the book first. i absolutely loved the book, and absolutely hated the movie. yes, there were some mildly amusing scenes, and some awesome shots, but overall, the most important, thought-provoking, heart-wrenching, amusing, devastating…best parts from the book were nowhere to be found in the movie, because they can only be expressed through foer’s brilliant prose and poetry. i don’t recommend this movie.
