A story about the last time I consumed "Food for the Heart: The Collected Teachings of Ajahn Chah" — 2 years ago
I read this very slowly during my first year of regular meditation. For some reason, and it’s hard to explain, it’s just a rock solid collection of talks on meditation and the Buddhist path. It’s hard to put a finger on, as so many books on meditation and Buddhism cover the same ground (there’s not a whole lot to it!). Nevertheless, this is one of my favorites. Along with Breath By Breath by Larry Rosenberg.
