Track five is pure unalterated brilliance. Everything else is utterly forgettable.

After an extended period of using prescription pain meds (cracked tailbone…ouch!), I was left feeling taxed and rundown. A few days of detox tea gave me an incredible energy boost and a clearer complexion. Thumbs up!

This is soooo yummy. I am not a vegetarian but these tofu scrambles could convince me to change teams. Try it. You will like it. I promise.

This drink is so very delicious however it is made from a green tea powder that is filled with sugar. There is no way to make it sugar free and each one has almost 400 calories. Usually an entire meal for me is less than 400 calories. So, this drink is good but will give you a gut and diabetes.

I loved this book. It resonated strongly with me. I am part of a so-called Urban Tribe: a loose collection of 20 to 30-somethings who are creative, engaged, and a better family then my biological one. It was really cool to finally find this phenomenon of our generation articulated truthfully. It is an interesting, well-written read. Go read it!
