I usually love Chabrol, but I thought this film was a bit lackluster.

The moment in which Gene Raymond gets hit on the head by a golf ball is priceless…

I watched this right after the undewhelming Little Miss Sunshine, and wondered why a great film like this isn’t nominated for best picture instead. Great performances…brilliant movie.

I love Toshiro Mifune, my husband loves Lee Marvin. Perfect.

I thought Sienna Miller made for a good Edie, and not just because she looked so much like Edie. I thought Guy Pearce’s Warhol was indeed a bit low-key, but decent. The film just felt like one long montage scene-lots of visual candy, short on story.

great soundtrack (Terry Reid is wonderful), many many campy cameos. I like my violence a little more meaningful, subtle, and surprising.

it’s a two film DVD…The Plumber was awesome. Incredible and splendid.

I’ve made a few scarves from this book, and they are lovely. Highly recommmended!

He really is, but his evil yields fascinating results. This was highly entertaining and playful.
