NOT WORTH CONSUMING

maybe i’m just weird, but i didn’t like this j-drama. it’s the only j-drama i watched that i didn’t like. i thought the characters had no real depth or anything. they’re so plain and forgettable that even now, writing this, i can’t remember their names. all i remember is momo/takeshi/matsujun because he was the best acted character, imo. i thought that the main character was king of just plain. and the “perfect” man didn’t seem perfect to me at all, and all he was after was sex. and that weird girl with the high pictched voice who was after him was annoying. and the song was annoying. the plot in general is odd in my opinion..turning a teenage boy you find in a box on the side of the road into your pet? uh, yeah.

this is all my opinion, so yeah.

WORTH CONSUMING!

in order for a drama to be even half decent, you must care and grow to love the characters. this drama’s characters are so lovable and i grew to care for ken a lot (like what would happen to him in the end.) this drama had me yelling at the computer screen frustrated, and crying because it was frustrating. it’s really good. it’ll make you laugh, cry, yell, and lots more.

another great j-drama that i would recommend to anyone. it also has a good message to convey: you can do anything if you try hard enough. open your door of miracles.

reaaaaaaaaaally good. seriously. plus yamapi, and hiraoka yuuta.

How "1 Litre no Namida (1リットルの涙)" changed my life — 1 year ago

WORTH CONSUMING!

this is my favorite j-drama, and that won’t change. i cried way more than a freaking litre of tears watching this. i cried, like, a gallon. erika did a really good job as aya, and the actress who played the mother was perfect. i also love narumi riko (ako, the sister) and she was amazing—she was only TWELVE when she filmed this. ryo gets a lot of shit because “he didn’t really exsist” in real life, but i don’t think that matters. his character represented how aya’s disease affected the people around her, outside of her family. and he was also fantastic.

i think this drama can change your life, it changed mine.i always bitched about small things, but after watching this, i tried not to. i still try not to, everyday. aya had it so much harder than i did, and she only complained like 1/4 as much as i did. and i have nothing to complain about compared to her. i try to be more self-less, and “live on/to the fullest,” after seeing this drama.

this drama is based on a true story, and there is a 100% chance that you are going to cry when you watch this. this is such a great drama, with such a great message that is well conveyed: live on, until you no longer can.

NOT WORTH CONSUMING

this was okay, i guess. it was really repetitive. some episodes were good, some weren’t. i say you should only watch this if you don’t mind a repetitive story and bad acting from jin. i kind of only watched this for yoko and koyama in episode six.

if you like jin or yoko—or even junno, go for it.
