Dispatch cannot be classified in any genre of music. To attempt to, I would call them rock, alternative rock, rap, funk, reggae, soul, motown, jazz, indie, and salsa. All in one. They broke up quite sometime ago, but their fans are lifelong. They became so well known because of the way they promoted people downloading their music of the internet for free. I did so, and I loved their music so much, I bought all the albums. The leaders of the group have broken up.
