So very worth consuming — 3 years ago

WORTH CONSUMING!

In my top ten favorites, Moon Safari is a dreamy and sensual wonderland. Chill in a quiet place, curl up with a cat or a book, make out or make-love. It makes a divine soundtrack to both the mundane or special occassion.

A story about "Speak for Yourself" — 3 years ago

I’ve come across vocalists whose singing can send goosebumps down my spine and/or induce tears. I can’t recall someone’s voice ever just making me feel happy. A beautiful, sensual, quiet yet boppy way to lighten your soul. Enjoy!

A story about "Mrs. Murphy's Marvelous Mansion" — 3 years ago

This book is a sumptuous delight for the eyes, and the heart as well. Rob’s drawings are intricate, whimsical, and delightful. Mrs. Murphy is quite a character that everyone is going to wish would live on their street.

Worth consuming — 3 years ago

WORTH CONSUMING!

I have to admit, I found the first novel in this series, Dhampir, a little ho-hum. I picked up the next 2 books anyway, and churned through them in record time. There is just so much more to them, with better plot, better mythology, and better character development. I believe what disappointed me the most about the first book was a lack of connection to the characters. Within the first chapter of the 2nd in the series, I suddenly cared. Each book has gotten better, with this one the darkest emotionally so far. Can’t wait for what comes next!

A story about "The Best of INXS" — 3 years ago

WORTH CONSUMING!

Finally, a collection that has all my favorite INXS songs. Except Mediate. Grr. But the song-order is really pissing me off. Would it be that hard to put them in chronological order???

A story about "Courting Midnight (Berkley Sensation)" — 3 years ago

WORTH CONSUMING!

My husband and I have joked about this painfully-bad cover. We agree the man looks like Brad Pitt. A very confused, constipated Brad Pitt! However, the pages inside live up to the high standard set by Emma Holly’s past works. She has this knack of creating characters that I don’t so much care for in the beginning, and makes me care about them. All the hot sex helps too!

WORTH CONSUMING!

ACSS had this amazing song, Release, on the Stigmata soundtrack, and I was hooked. I miss my African dance with drumming class.

Another winner by Katie. In fact, this may be her best one.
