Why I recommend "Serpico (Widescreen Edition)" — 3 years ago
This movie is worth seeing just for the pants alone.

mezzamare / Jennifer
is consuming 4 items,
doing 20 things,
going 40 places, and
meeting 15 people.
I'm currently reading 1 book, listening to 0 albums, watching 1 movie, eating and drinking 1 food item, and consuming 1 other thing.

You would think that a movie with organ harvesting, gratuitous booby shots, and lots of wing-crested hairdos would be a good one. Sadly, that was not the case.
I had my best fish taco ever down in Baja, from a grimy little taco truck that was parked on the road just by La Bufadora. Oh my god, it was so good I thought I was going to jump in the ocean and swim to eternity.
I would put about eight exclamation points after “Worth Consuming” if I could. This album is that amazingly incredible.
Shhh… don’t tell, but miso soup is my favorite part of going out for sushi.
Macaroni salad is one of those things that is either really good or totally nasty. It varies depending on where and when consumption occurs. Your mom’s macaroni salad on a nice day at a picnic with some good barbecue and a frosty beer? Really good! A little plastic cup filled with macaroni salad slopped onto your tray at a truck stop in the middle of nowhere on a rainy afternoon? Gross.
Long Island Iced Tea is the tool the devil uses to enter your brain.
This is my ultimate summer dish. I go to our local farmers market, pick out a variety of tomatoes (zebras, black russians, romas, goldens), and some big beautiful basil. Served up with fresh mozz, s&p, a drizzle of great olive oil and some crusty rustic bread…. the dish is out of this world…. Mmmmmmm… intergalactic caprese…
Everytime my mom would make couscous, she would regale me with tales about her trip to Morocco, and how my Dad, despite being an idiot and walking around the markets with a big, bulging wallet in his back pocket, never got jacked.
It was the nicest thing she could muster to say in the midst of a divorce, I guess.
