What IS abnormal is that the protective sheets top sheet had two YU-GI-OH! &lt;span class="caps"&gt;CARDS&lt;/span&gt; inside!  They turned out to be two of the same card, but both were halographic.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I also picked up two packs of both &amp;#8220;Magic Ruler&amp;#8221; and &amp;#8220;Pharoah&amp;#8217;s Guardian&amp;#8221; booster packs in aide of getting the full blown super-dangerous Turtle deck!&lt;/p&gt;</description>
