A review of "Creating Customer Evangelists: How Loyal Customers Become a Volunteer Sales Force (Unabridged)" — 2 years ago
The book focuses on a handful of companies that have done a great job building evangelists, looks at some specific things they’ve done well, and then attempts to extract some good evangelism building lessons from the thing they just looked at. In almost every case I enjoyed the tale but when it came to the conclusions they drew I was left thinking “Yeah, but what about…. and what about….”
It’s not a bad book, but I preferred almost any of Guy Kawasaki’s books.
