I found this movie insightful and believable and that made it all the more disturbing.

Not as good as I expected; added little to the vampire genre.
This reminded me of Sarafina, although it was not a musical. The time period, strong characters and atrocities committed resonated equally deeply.
enjoyed the newer version better
Great book. Excellent characterization. Believable plot. I was worried that a female character of the Roman periodwould have no independence or mind of her own, but Claudia Pilate would have made Antigone proud.
This is the Money Pit tweaked a little. Ice Cube comes off as almost Chevy Chase like reminding me of all the vacation movies Chase did in the 80s.At times Cube’s character was annoyingly weak, reminding me of Martin Payne’s whining on the now cancelled show Martin. I found the kids, and wife more appealing and the moral of the movie was good. There were a few laughs and it was nice to see Tahj Mowry that starred in Smart Guy more grown up.
Dandelion Wine, the prequel to this novel, was my favorite book in 10th grade (nineteen years ago). When I heard there was a sequel I got my hands on it as soon as I could. This book was not what I expected at all.It actually took me six weeks to finish it, and I put it aside to read 4 other books in the interim.I actually liked the afterward- detailing Ray Bradbury’s thoughts and why he waited 55 years to publish it, better than I liked the novel.
Beautiful and touching. A true love story.
This is a life changing book.
