The funniest parts of this movie were all shown in the trailer. There is a good message to the movie, but many parts of it are silly/gross humor rather than actual comedy.

I think that the video tapes are more appropriate for an exorcist movie than an alien movie.
I felt as if I was watching a farce film.
Take a little X files add Tarzan, Happy Days ( the hair combing was too Fonzy for anyone’s taste), West Side Story, Jumanji (the monkeys in the jeep), the Goonies (sliding down tunnels), some B horror film (the flesh eating ants) and a dab of the Fast and Furious and you have this film.
Bought one for my mother, grandmother and two for various friends.
For the teachers out there: A great movie to show as a companion to the story " A Sound of Thunder", which is in many 10th grade English textbooks. There is a great downloadable activity called The Butterfly Effect on scholastic.com that can accompany both the movie and the story.
For the teacher out there: This DVD has a great dramatization of the short story " The Screaming Woman" with Drew Barrymore playing the main character.
For the teachers out there: This DVD has the story The Pedestrian in video form. My students really enjoyed it as a companion to our textbook, and a pre-reading guide I downloaded off scholastic.com.
I checked this book out from the library, and tried many of the suggestions. Although I did not lose one pound during the weeks it took me to finish the book, I did notice many changes in my eating, the way I thought about food, myself and my life. I bought the book.
I originally checked this book out from the library and enjoyed the suggestions so much I bought the book.
I hate to cook. Most diet books I’ve read have such unfamiliar ingredients and cooking procedures that I never try more than one or two menus. This diet has smoothies, and meals that you just need a frying pan, a bake pan and a microwave to make.
