A great story with beautiful illustration. I got my copy used, though.
Sounded interesting, but it didn’t sufficiently spark my interest.
Too depressing. I think I read Vurt instead.
I didn’t care for the relationship problem angle, or most of the goings-on in Truckee, and the ending back on earth seemed tacked on. (Typical geek, in it for the maths…)
Playful stories for hardware folks. As a software person, they were still wonderful, but I didn’t feel in the target demographic.
Has a good essay on writing for the preface, at least in the Borealis print.
