I love this book, it is a well of information and could be considered and “bible” by some types of people. Maybe I should be one of those people since I am always referencing it and urging people to read it!

I have to admit that, yes, cheese fondue is worth consuming and of course chocolate fondue is divine, but I draw the line when I go to an expensive restaurant and have to cook my own food. This was the case at Simply Fondue. The entree course was a plate of raw meats that we had to cook for ourselves in a pot of oil, and my hair still smells from this experience.
