Spoiler warning?

I really liked this movie. It was more violent than I tend to like, but it wasn’t as graphic as it might have been. I’m always appreciative of movies (and books) that aren’t afraid to kill off important characters – I find them more realistic and therefore easier to suspend disbelief (that’s the heart of entertainment!)

I hadn’t realized that Serious Actor Mark Wahlberg was going to be in the movie, but I am increasingly (grudgingly) admitting to myself that he’s actually a pretty good actor.

Like the first book in the series, I have read this book multiple times. Pretty much everything I said about the first book applies to this book, too.

I’ve read this book about 3 or 4 times now. I really like the conept of “The Game” that’s developed in this series. I wish we could have something like that in real life! I like the chapters that deal with the Game a lot more than the rest of the plot.

I find it odd that the book seems to end without wrapping up a lot of loose ends, but fortunately the sequel picks everything up right where the first book left off.

I just had one. It wasn’t as satisfying as I had hoped. I guess I just don’t like candy as much as I used to.

I just finished the book last night. The storyline is reminding me a little bit of Dune series in the sense that it is (barely) starting to get a little weird/outrageous. But I am still really looking forward to reading the 4th book, which is not something I could say about Dune.

I had to give up on this. It was a cool game, but I have never in my life finished a video game, and I’m not about to start now.

I’ve been using Gmail for awhile now and I would never go back to anything else (for my main email account, at least). I like how it keeps responses together as ‘conversations’ so I can follow a train of thought. And it’s really easy to find emails using the mail search option. Just last night I used it to find out whether my brother ever sent me his new address (which he did, and I founf the email from about 6 months ago.) Excellent stuff.

I thought this book was just about as good as the first one. I’m reading the third book now, and it’s shaping up to be very good also.

...But then, what else should I have expected from a South Park movie?

I thought it was worth watching once – there were some funny parts – but the movie was all about profanity, and I’m not big on profanity. So, I doubt I’ll ever watch it again.

I thought the movie was ok, but a little confusing. I liked the music, so I might be interested in watching Rent on stage at some point. The ending was kind of contrived, though.
