A story about "2003 malbec"

2003 malbec

by Catena

With a little time (decanting, or air in a glass) makes this bold wine excel. It’s tasty, sorta sweet, a little smokey, some dark berries, oak, vanilla…
Would be great with a steak, or game meat, stew.
AO

A story about the last time I consumed "golden cheshire"

golden cheshire

by English Farmhouse

I picked up a small wedge of this on sale at the local grocer. Even w/ $3 off, It’s not worth it. Plain orange crubmbly cheese, lacks flavor or bite. Quite bland. I’d save your duckets and get a local cheese, cabot from vt makes some great cheese.

A story about "Bringing Down the House: The Inside Story of Six M.I.T. Students Who Took Vegas for Millions"

Bringing Down the House: The Inside Story of Six M.I.T. Students Who Took Vegas for Millions

by Ben Mezrich

Read it on my flight into Vegas for the first time ever. Very confidence inspiring. I lost every dime I brought to gamble. Great story though.
AO

Why it's taking me forever to finish consuming "Flickr"

Flickr

by Ludicorp

9gb of photos is why. I’m working my way back from the present to upload pics. Since I’m now a ‘pro’ it’s alot faster, before I had to be really selective, and hope I didn’t forget to select resize when I chose export. FWIW the iphoto plugin is awsome for this…
AO

A story about "Sideways (Widescreen Edition)"

Sideways (Widescreen Edition)

by Alexander Payne

Movies are so hard to judge for me. There are lots of movies I like, and some I dislikes, but there are so few that are bad to the point of being unwatchable. This certainly does not fall into that category, but it certainly doesn’t fall into the category of must see again either. So, where does this fall?
On a scale of Ronin to bottle rockets, I give it solid harry potter. Worth watching to know what all the fuss is about, but nothing terribly facinating about it.
AO

Why I recommend "Dark Magic"

Dark Magic

by Green Mountain Coffee

www.GreenMountainCoffee.com
It’s good. It’s affordable, and you can find it in gas stations around new england. A nice dark, but not burnt or bitter coffee. Yeah, I sound like a commercial, sorry.
AO
