i saw this with my uncle on December 26, 2001. i was in the middle of reading the Hobbit but this was my first real exposure to Lord of the Rings. i fell in love with it instantly and immedietely went out and read the trilogy. i’m still a big fan.

i saw this at midnight on December 18th, 2002, on my 21st birthday. My sister and i camped out for hours and were first in line… alone for the most part. I read Fellowship and my sis read the Hobbit. It was really funny how all of the previews were being booed until we got to X-2 and Sir Ian McKellen came on screen.

I saw RotK on Trilogy Tuesday December 16th, 2003. I went with a group of friends in costume and had a blast. I miss the fellowship of people as crazy as me. (:
